About the Venue – Jack Byrne Arena
Located in Torbay just minutes from St. John’s, Jack Byrne Arena is a premier event venue known for hosting major community events, concerts, and sporting competitions. Its spacious arena and surrounding grounds make it the perfect location for the Race Warz Car Show.
EVENT INFO
Vendor Roll-In – 3:00 PM
Vendors may begin setting up booths at this time.
Please specify if you will have display vehicles with your booth.
Show Car Roll-In – 4:00 PM
Registered show vehicles may begin entering the venue.
To help speed up entry, please ensure all passengers have purchased their tickets online in advance.
VIP Early Entry – 4:30 PM
VIP pass holders receive early access to the event before general admission.
General Admission Opens – 5:00 PM
Guests with online tickets and pay-at-the-door tickets will have separate entry lines.
If you purchased tickets online, please have your QR code ready for scanning.
PARKING
Free Spectator Parking
Spectator parking will be available in the designated lot shown on the event map, with staff on-site to guide vehicles.
Show Car Parking
Registered show vehicles will be directed to their assigned display area upon arrival.

To enter, visit the Race Warz booth during the event. *Events subject to change
Participants who pre-registered must report to the competition area at least 30 minutes before the contest begins.
If space is available, same-day sign-ups may be possible.
Event maps and signage will be posted throughout the venue showing competition locations and times.
